In October of 2012, Varun went solo and climbed Mount Elbert via the Black Cloud Trail. Elbert is Colorado’s tallest mountain and stands at an elevation of 14,439 ft(4,401 m). It is also the second tallest mountain in the contiguous United States, after Whitney. Check back here for the trip report.
