“Why do I climb the Mountain?   Because I’m in love” –William Shatner

In July, Varun joined a team of 13 to climb Mt Adams in the Washington Cascade range. At 12,280 ft, Adams is the second tallest mountain in the Cascades after Mt Rainier. Starting at an elevation of 5540 ft, we gained 6740 ft over the course of two days.  The weather was glorious both days, giving us some spectacular sunset and night sky views. This is a daily blog of the trip – just click the links at the bottom of the page to get to the next day. Hope you enjoy reading about our adventure!
